Use of the platform and participation in the prediction game and giveaways/promotions is only permitted for persons aged 18 and over. By using the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age.
The offer is for entertainment purposes only. Users submit predictions on bot fights (prediction game). No real-money stake is required or accepted. The prediction game does not constitute gambling in the legal sense.
Coins are purely virtual game points with no monetary value. They are not a means of payment and cannot be paid out, sold or transferred. Coins do not create any legal claim to winnings, prizes or other consideration.
A ranking may reflect in-game performance within the prediction game. The ranking is reset regularly (currently weekly) to ensure equal opportunities for all. Changes to the system (rules, scoring, reset times) are possible at any time.
Giveaways/promotions may take place. Potential winners are selected at random from a group of users in the ranking (e.g. from the highest-ranked users). There is no legal claim to participation, selection or winning. Winnings/prizes are provided voluntarily and may be changed, reduced or discontinued at any time.
In case of winning, additional data may be required for fulfillment (e.g. email address or shipping address). This data is used exclusively for prize fulfillment and then deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
Manipulation (e.g. multi-accounts, automated access/bots, exploits) is prohibited and leads to exclusion. The operator may temporarily block or permanently exclude accounts if abuse is suspected.
The operator assumes no liability for technical disruptions, outages, data loss or incorrect displays (e.g. results, ranking, stream availability). Use is at your own risk.
The operator may change or discontinue the platform, prediction game, coins, ranking and giveaways/promotions at any time. There is no entitlement to permanent operation.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
